Job Description:

  • Recruit and connect qualified Rehab Therapy professionals for travel assignments
  • Build authentic relationships through proactive outreach and trust-based communication
  • Educate candidates on the lifestyle and benefits of travel nursing
  • Manage the full recruiting process — from first conversation to placement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a world-class clinician experience
  • Achieve (and exceed!) your recruiting goals while growing your career

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Rehab Therapy Staffing experience preferred.
  • High performer who is energized and motivated by competition and is goal driven
  • Track record of success achieving production targets.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and maintains a positive attitude.
  • Flexible, innovative but assertive.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and can easily learn new systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
