Healthcare staffing moves fast. Job Orders open and fill in days, and the window between completing one assignment and starting the next is rarely as wide as anyone would like. The last thing a clinician needs in that window is a difficult job search.
Therefore, MedSource has rebuilt its job board. Same live inventory of nationwide job orders, but a much better way to search.

A cleaner, faster experience
The first thing you’ll notice is clean the presentation of the job orders. The new board is built to be scanned, not studied. Job orders are laid out so the details that matter surface immediately, and the entire experience works seamlessly on mobile devices as well. Less clutter, fewer clicks, faster answers.
Filters that narrow things down
With more than 3,000 open job orders at any given moment, the new filtering allows you to cut straight to the jobs that fit your needs.
Profession / Specialty / ZIP code radius / State and city / Shift / Contract length / Hot Jobs and Featured Jobs / Pay
The details are on the listing
Every job card shows you the things you’d otherwise have to ask about:
- Estimated weekly pay
- City and state
- Start date
- Shift, including hours
- Contract duration
- When it was posted
Transparency is deliberate. You shouldn’t have to spend a phone call finding out whether a contract is even in the range you’re willing to consider. When you find a job that interests you, just click on the Details button and get the full picture..
Always current
Upon each search, the job board pulls and loads from our applicant tracking system real-time. No stale listings, no applying to a job that has already been filled.
